1. Service Overview

OZGPT Service is an AI-based platform offering features such as chatbot assistance, content generation, translation, task scheduling, reminders, and entertainment features including image transformation and localized responses.

The service is accessible via multiple channels including web, mobile app, SMS, USSD, and IVR.

2. Subscription & Charges

Subscription is required to access most features.

Available Plans:

• Daily: PKR 8 (inclusive of tax)
• Weekly: PKR 20 (inclusive of tax)
• Monthly: PKR 50 (inclusive of tax)

Charges will be deducted from your mobile balance. Users must have sufficient balance to subscribe.

3. Consent & Eligibility

Only Zong customers are eligible to use the service.

By subscribing, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the number and are at least 18 years old or have consent from a guardian.

Users must agree to these Terms before subscribing (via checkbox where applicable).

4. AI Responses Disclaimer

The AI may provide answers, suggestions, or translations based on user input.

The service is informational and entertainment-focused and should not be relied on for medical, legal, or financial advice.

Operator is not liable for inaccuracies or misinterpretations.

5. Fair Usage & Limitations

Users may have a daily limit on queries/interactions depending on plan type.

Misuse or abuse of the platform (e.g., spamming, abusive content) may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Unsubscription

Users may unsubscribe via the web (Membership Plan section), USSD, SMS, or IVR.

Upon unsubscription, access to premium features will be revoked.

7. Privacy & Data Use

The service may collect your mobile number, chat input, preferences, and usage patterns to personalize experience.

Data is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

Data may be shared with third-party vendors only for service delivery.

8. Modifications to Service

Operator reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features or pricing without prior notice.

Updated terms will be communicated via the service channels.

9. Limitation of Liability

Operator is not responsible for service outages, delays, or third-party failures.

In no case shall the operator be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
